      Nothing is good in this company

      Cons

      Management is very cruel, there is bond of 4 years and management will force you to sign the contract even they will collect your original certificates. Not a good plateform for VLSI engineers. They pressurized their employees. Promotions and Salary hikes are too bad. No time management . No Saturday off.

      Not in my mind but yes need some outings and fun to maintain the work balance
