Pros
Good benefits package. Generous amount of leave. Flat hierarchy promotes open communication.
Cons
Management lacks a clear, fixed near-term vision. Constantly shifting focus to unprofitable projects. Sales and marketing teams are weak, with no clear go-to-market strategy aside from word of mouth. Many “customers” are actually unpaid trial users, and there is little success in converting them to paying clients, resulting in low actual revenue. Most of the good employees have left, leaving behind incompetent ones or people who are stuck.
