Thank you for taking time out to share your feedback. We believe in an environment where employees have the opportunity to work on different impactful problems and it is heartening to see your inputs on the learnability and flexibility you have seen at AgroStar. At the same time, we are unhappy to hear about some of the negative experiences that you have outlined. Getting more experienced leaders is something we are working on but at the same time, we believe in internal employees also taking up more challenges as we scale. Considering your long relationship with us, we would encourage you to share more feedback with the HR team / your manager on some of the other issues you may be facing and what other complex projects you would like to take up. . We are the first ones to admit we are not perfect but we are trying hard and committed to making continuous improvements to get better.
