You grow with the organisations aggressive growth which keeps you motivated. Culture of organisation is very humble and cooperative.
Cons
Being a startup, not all processes are robust and some are yet to be established which creates bottlenecks in work. Though most of the times you wont feel you are working at a startup but sometimes when you start comparing with your past employers, you feel perks and benefits are lesser.
