Pros
1. Great environment for wholesome growth. 2. You get to face new challenges on a regular basis. 3. Friendly management and colleagues. 4. On time pay and systemised HR policy (Big deal considering a startup).
Cons
1. Lack of senior member in technical team. If you stumble on a task and couldn't find a solution, you have to either find a way around or put that in a trashcan. 2. The requirements for the development is pretty dynamic. You sometimes are not aware of utility of the task you are working on until very late which often leads to confusions.
