      Pros

      - people ( well my team was nice) - product - no pressure - home office - life-balance

      Cons

      - don't think about doing your career there - start up salary - routine (it's actually a call center) - people are getting fired for no reason - if you give your opinion, at some point, you will have to leave (with no reason)

      - Really open to remote work, - Young team - Really interesting product, easy to sell

      Cons

      - Really poor management and consideration for employees. Exemple : Management can (implicitly) threaten you to be fired if you ask too much for product improvement... - Bad experience common to all people being fired
