Managers are kind, approachable, and notably non-toxic, a refreshing change from past experiences. No intense work pressure, fostering a relaxed environment. Flexible for emergencies, with the option to work remotely on a case-by-case basis. Small team (~12 people) makes for a tight-knit, comfortable workplace. Stylish office space despite being in an older building.
Cons
Long working hours (9:00 AM–6:00 PM, Sunday–Thursday) can be exhausting. Low pay, especially for junior-level employees like myself. Lack of benefits typical of larger companies (e.g., no Cibus, events, or gifts). Limited remote work flexibility outside of emergencies. Small company size means fewer resources and growth opportunities compared to larger firms.
