hybrid work, interesting product, great people
Cons
very bad management, you will be talked down and be confronted about the most silliest things. the CEO is one of the most bizarre person you will ever meet, he doesn't know how to manage other people yet alone communicate or interact with them. the CTO, a.k.a the son of the CEO, seems very disinterested in the other employees once he is in the office. the head of R&D is out of touch with anything technical and have a very derogatory ton once you interact with him. on top of all that you will have very low salary, constant micro management by the CEO and overall bad working conditions
