Pros
-Work environment is great, no toxicity, & politics -Great place to learn among the diverse skill of collogues -Close relationship with management and seniors
Cons
-Workload can be very volatile (changes in the execution is rapid), results in repetitive work with less progression. -Project commercialization is very low; management does not push project and keep on pivoting or pursuing to something new. -Startup company with multiple projects, but with less seniors to supervise progression is inoperable.
