Cons
Aibel is involved in exploitation of consultants for very low payment. How it works: Consultancy company B post job vacancy for position at Aibel. Company B dont have direct agreement with Aibel, instead they have agreement with consultancy company A. Company A receive full payment from Aibel, and retain 30%. Rest is paid to company B. Company B retain 70% of money and pay 30% of that to Consultant. This is why Engineers leave Aibel.
