Pros

- Pay is very competitive - Very good coworkers - If you work for it, there are opportunities to be had - You get to work in a great industry, helping people to truly get better (and not just saying that) - You can feel your impact every day - The Atlanta office is very nice, I haven't seen the others yet - Young company culture, so you get to start at the ground level - While its very large, it still feels like a small business

Cons

- Siloing can be difficult sometimes, departments don't communicate very well - Company direction can change quickly, often for the better - but it makes holding to a plan difficult - High pressure - Company is missing a couple of very key positions, would make day to day life substantially better
