      Small company, good mission, stable business

      Cons

      CEO can't admit fault. Nasty side of his personality comes out if you have a disagreement or misunderstanding. I gave 110% to the job and got fired over complete nonsense, with basically zero severance, after the better part of a year working there.

      Constantly putting out fires (emergencies all day) Toxic culture and leadership (commenting on appearance, unable to speak your mind, constantly put on the spot) Unable to speak your mind freely Micromanagement Everything is a priority (leadership will constantly shift priorities within hours) No 401K
