      Colleagues are supportive but bad management decisions

      Pros

      1. Colleagues are nice and supportive, whenever there are issues or anything, your teammates are always helping out and provide support if they have any knowledge of it. The team bonding is strong and they are all very nice people 2. Free coffee (if this count as one of the pros 3. The company did provide various of opportunities for you, have taste of different clients and projects

      Cons

      1. Terrible management decisions which the company doesn't have a clear direction for the staff to follow and no one knows what the boss want for their product 2. Workload is one of the main issue, F&B clients expect everyone works 24/7 for them

      - Colleagues are the best! Everyone is always ready to lend a hand - Office is GREAT! THE VIEW IS GOOD! - Company equipment provided somewhat decent. - Have free drinks (used too)

      - Poor management and lack of direction - Management doesn't have correct experience for the job - NO WORK CULTURE, Just pure work (ever since new HR)

      Going to be a tough ride

      - Wonderful colleagues with great bonding. You earn genuine friendship in workplace, which is rare in Hong Kong. - Reasonable management (mistakes at times but at least remains open-minded) - Flexible WFH policy - Have a great portfolio of key accounts - Regional Exposure (SEA)

      Cons

      - Poor management decisions costing a fortune, and these wrong decisions unnecessarily added tons of toil for every employee without matching remuneration - Unable to stand firm in front of corporate clients due to lack of a well-developed/maintained core solution or product - Occasional overtime / work during off hours due to various incidents These being said, this place is a great arena for one to make him/herself a better and more resilient person.
