      Pros

      Love the commitment to sustainability. Fast-paced, high-pressure working environment. Big bench of advisers and venture partners. Amazing diversity push.

      Cons

      Wow, the turnover is high! Not sure if it's the CEO style or the way the firm is run. Some of the investments were a bit hype-y - not much technology substance.

      Location, expensive in California for living, traffic to get to Palo Alto is typically bad. Stricter COVID standards than rest of the state
