Pros

Basic office perks such as free tea, water, and coffee. Free cold bowls on occasion. Hybrid work arrangement.

Cons

Toxic leadership culture with poor work-life balance and ongoing disorganization. There is a lack of clear long-term vision, and employee well-being is often treated as secondary to short-term pressure. The environment is driven by fear-based compliance rather than trust. Bullying behaviors are tolerated, feedback is discouraged, and psychological safety is low. This results in burnout and consistently high staff turnover. The company tends to reward conformity over critical thinking. People who agree, applaud leadership decisions, and avoid challenging ideas are promoted, while thoughtful dissent is quietly sidelined. This limits learning, innovation, and honest discussion. Leadership behavior at the executive level often lacks professionalism and emotional maturity, which sets a poor example across the organization and normalizes reactive and disrespectful communication. Advice to Candidates Before accepting an offer, speak directly with current or former employees to understand the day-to-day reality beyond the interview process.
