Pros

1 - Some of the developers and technical people are very good. But most of the project management is broken and has the tendency to drive those away with their terrible treatment. 2 - Developers and technical people get their salaries on time. 3 - If you are chatty and know how to get what you want, you can make your place and work here for a long time as they measure performance with how much you stay on calls and how much overtime you do instead of evaluating based on significant contributions and quality work.

Cons

1- The higher management will make false commitments with their clients. What follows is a chaotic work environment where developers have to work sleepless nights and end up destroying their physical and mental health. 2 - There are basically no real benefits, the health insurance is just there to tick the box as it is too low. 3 - Lots of overtime and no overtime compensation. They will request unrealistic levels of work. Managers will literally ring your personal phone at middle of the night and they will ask for updates every 5 minutes pressuring the developer. 4 - The higher people paint a false image of toxic positivity. For them, everything is working perfectly, they are not only executing current tasks marvelously but also thriving in new ventures but the reality is that their current projects are failing due to irrational technical decisions and false commitments and the new work they get is by falsely convincing new clients that there current clients are very happy. It's unfortunately a house of cards. 5 - It has not occurred to me personally but I've seen that if they think a resource is of no use to them, they will treat them harshly and rudely. Even degrade them on a personal level. 6 - Even though I mentioned some of the developers and technical people are very good. The ones who have any impact are mostly clueless and inexperienced. Adding that and also how much the pressure is on the development teams, product has turning out to be very low quality. 7 - If they have a use for you and you decide to leave, they will create all sorts of problems for you to prevent you from leaving, but once they have used you, they will get rid of you anyway. 8 - You cannot be productive as there are too many calls and communication is a mess. Some people have been hired due to connections and they have no real role other than calling and preventing developers from working by micromanaging.

Pros

- Salary on time - Work from home - Good and talented fellow developers (can't say the same for management)

Cons

- Poor management. They just want to get the work done through pressure - Poor HR onboarding - No proper scrum/ agile - Late sittings - No work/life balance - No other compensation or benefit other than salary - An old and slow laptop for development and no device for testing (They asked to use our own device for testing. lol)
