Great company that can change your life
Pros
Great company parties. Product managers, product specialists, managers and up all get company vehicles (brand new Toyotas usually). Freedom to just do your job without micromanagement. You may go days-weeks without even hearing from your manager if you do your job correctly. They will basically send you to as many training as you like all over the US. Plenty of outings throughout the year to grab good food and drinks with coworkers. The best sales/specialist team in the industry without requirements for logging constant CRM updates. Management is very relaxed with the team as long as you are making them money.
Cons
Onboarding is horrible, I haven't met anyone that was onboarded that didn't get left off email chains they were supposed to be on, forgotten to be put on trainings, didn't receive crucial items they were supposed to. Management preaches company culture and fairness but lacks action when employees voice concerns about certain topics. Product Specialist get overlooked as "supporting the salesmen" when in reality they are making the full sale the majority of the time, working very long hours with many nights away from family, or getting home late. (Cold calling, setting appointments, doing the demo, presale and after sale support, negotiating the quote, follow-up with the customer .) Sometimes salesmen don't even know they are going to get a big check until it lands because of the work you did, and not because you didn't inform them.
