      Incompetent leadership that values margins over product quality and customers. They routinely ship known bad product to meet order delivery metrics. 70% of time spent in engineering will be budget/margin focused. Very little engineering happens in engineering. Below average pay and marginal benefits. No advancement opportunities. Look elsewhere.
