Pros
Hardly any pros, can add if experience is what you seek, you will get a full bag of roles and work to learn.
Cons
A company not for ex-pats, and some discriminatory behaviour because you're not Maltese, poor salary vs work hours. Shifts 2x2 for 12 hours are very exhaustive and demanding. No progression, poor payroll job (always doing wrong your salary and taxes) and no follow through with agreements made.
