Pros
The engineering department is very friendly, most people you interact with are kind and understanding. I have mostly been busy even when business isn't thriving.
Cons
This place is not very organized but is taking steps to get better at that. The manufacturing floor is always behind on completing orders but that is frequently due to the machines being down. The pay is not great but will get the job done.
