Pros

..... 15$ an hour is good for a customer support agent ... the office was nice ? .... yeah

Cons

Unorganized management, management was having troubles with finance issues which interrupted day to day customer service , payroll or invoices were always an issue for SOMEONE whether it be an employee, contractor, company...)

None that I can really think of

Cons

Everything. From the self absorbed, money hungry owner, to the management, to the operations. the positive reviews are probably fake or the owner himself wrote them Because he’s more concerned with the company’s image than his employees . No one enjoys their job here . They just stick around because it’s a flexible, relaxed environment and work schedule.

Pros

Free environment, rolling chairs, you can do what you want on the clock

Cons

Occasionally your check will be short, management is not capable of dealing with serious issues, schedules switch, hours are at risk at any time, CEO is disconnected from the team, lack of necessary resources to do assigned tasks , lack of organization
