The biggest con of this company is from the Clevel team which is the Chief Product Officer, who lacks technical or logical knowledge and does not have basic professional behaviour or team management skills. CPO's only calibre is politics and keeps some staff to execute it for her when she's not present, don't have any instructions or solutions or process or methods to run the product development and if you give a logical reasoning which they don't have the calibre to understand then they target you and either you resign, or you get a termination. CPO is utilising the other senior level in the team to implement her incapable logic, and any staff that they think has the calibre above them is a problem for them. It is a very toxic work environment; all good talents resign due to the unprofessional poisonous atmosphere. The product launch will never happen without appointing a Chief product officer with the technical calibre or a CTO. Staff are too desperate and get into politics to save their jobs. No one from Management is present in the office. I worked for three years here, the worst history in my career.
