I have had mixed experiences working at this company. While the pay is reasonable, the benefits package is fairly basic and doesn't offer much in terms of additional perks. One concern I had was the lack of job security. I received a confirmation letter in early December, which stated that I was confirmed as of November 1st, but shortly after, management suggested I should work harder and promised a better package for 2025. However, by the second week of January, my manager advised me to resign or face a termination letter, citing dissatisfaction with my performance. Unfortunately, no specific feedback or performance appraisal was provided, making it difficult to understand what areas needed improvement. The communication aspect of the role was also challenging. My direct superior often preferred things to be in writing, particularly via email, rather than through more immediate forms of communication like Skype or WhatsApp, which led to misunderstandings and later became a point of critique from management. Management mentioned issues with my communication, although my direct superior had previously indicated he was comfortable working with anyone, so this feedback was contradictory and unclear. Additionally, the work environment felt micromanaged and not very friendly, which made collaboration challenging.
