-The overall quality of the Management Team has consistently declined over the last decade. Their limited understanding of the business and their general unawareness of where/who in the company adds value have led to poor decisions. The former related to business strategy and the latter to employee recognition. - HR/Recruitment is not knowledgeable and unresponsive, resulting in poor hiring decisions and a very poor candidate experience.
