      Pros

      - A ton of creative projects/creative freedom - Wonderful and supportive coworkers - Very collaborative environment - Leadership and management care about their employees. They listen to ideas from all levels of staff and want to help everyone succeed - Tremendous opportunities for growth - Nice mix of clients and industries -- the work always keeps you on your toes - Solid salary and benefits package

      - It's a smaller agency, so any staff departures can have a significant impact on the bigger team in terms of workload, coverage, etc.
