Pros
You were trusted. No one would micro-manage you, they trusted you to do your job. They valued your input and took it into consideration when making decisions. It was such a good experience to get to work directly with the CEO, Linda. She is great and has been a great mentor and provided resources for me, even after I left Airin.
Cons
The only con I have is how covid impacted the business. There was nothing wrong with the company, just with the consequences of covid.
