The medical side is making some decision in the flight department. They hire you as an office employee (dispatch, coordo) saying that you can quickly be a pilot there which is not true. You need to stay at least 2 years to hope for an upgrade which will result in a pay downgrade of 10 000 - 15 000$ per year.
