      Co-workers are great to work with and easy to get along with

      Management does not care about you as an individual. They do not want to take time and make the business better, it's results or nothing. They will not pay you owed money after letting you go

      The people I worked with were great which is why I didnt leave sooner than I should have.

      Cons

      Massively underpaid, bad benefits, upper management is a joke. So many people were promised "equity to justify a low salary" but eventually overworked everyone to the point of quitting. I did so many things that were not my job responsibility. The CEO straight up conned over 20-30 people that actually built this company but I guess thats what needed to be done to make the company succeed. Please do not work here and support this lying company. CEO was out at the clubs spending thousands every weekend while he told his employees they couldnt afford raises because of covid etc.

      Pros

      Met some amazing people with hard work ethic. Was the stepping-stone for me to enter in the industry.

      Cons

      Management was a nightmare. They couldn't afford to pay anyone well. Did countless things for the company that were not in my job description. Very shady.
