      Pros

      This company consists of very motivated, fun, and smart minded young professionals. This is a very family-like environment that is always listening to their employees. The constant growth is very exciting and not matter if you're the CEO or a part time turnover specialist, your opinion will still be heard!

      Cons

      Not a 9-5 gig, you will be asked to grind and get the job done, not a con in my opinion. Salary is relatively low.
