      Pros

      Good company culture. Overall it is a great place to work right out of college.

      Cons

      High rate of turnovers. The closer you work with the CEO, the more likely you will get fired.

      Thank you for your thoughtful feedback. Company culture at GNS provides a healthy and fun work/life balance. In many cases, CEO's have little to no interface with the employees. We feel lucky that our CEO takes the time to personally and professionally interact with the employees, which positively affects our culture here. We wish you luck in your future endeavors.

      Pros

      Only pros are some of the staff including Bruce Church. Otherwise high turnover, incompetent management.

      Cons

      The CEO is the worst person I've ever worked for. Petty & disagreeable. I should have posted this when I left. Hope this will keep others from taking a job there.

      Pros

      If you're right out of college and in the technical field it could be a good place to start your career but most only stay 1-2 years. Some interesting science with an academic flare in certain groups (e.g. bioinformatics)

      Cons

      The cons written in other reviews tell the whole story. This is not a company for mid-to-senior level managers. This is not a company you can "fix".
