      No, there is nothing special, they will lay off you for no reason. They will check you arrive on time, but they don't care how later you will stay work.

      This company doesn't have any company culture, the awful parts is basically all the Chinese, and also they will treat different team different.

      I like how friendly my colleagues are. The higher management allows employees to grow and learn. No political games. This is a very good idea place to work.
