Early stage startup with small team
Cons
Unstable work culture. Employee retention is terrible. People are fired regularly and others quit but management refuses to take responsibility for their poor management / hiring decisions and instead claims that it's due to the high pressure environment of working at a startup. Values are in place on paper but are not practiced which leads to unprofessional behavior and comments.

PropTech Platform that is facilitating around 30,000 payments monthly of a huge size Solution that has a lot of potential and real time users
Cons
Management style is totally reckless. Objectives can drastically change all of a sudden.
