      1. Ideas & innovations. 2. Friendly seniors.

      1. Extremely late payrolls. 2. No flexibility for work. 3. No weekend offs/work from home 4. Poor salaries 5. Unsystematic management 6. No perks, PF/Medical benifits for its employees etc.
