The mission to serve and protect the nations assets was of pride. Working with people from various parts of country and planet. Honest and dedicated employees standing the front lines. Experiencing the workings behind the scenes than what is public facing.
Cons
Ever changing values (desires) by the shareholder and its appointed board. Overwhelming interference by shareholder undermined board, executives and business plan leading to Akal being gone. Shareholder lacking business experience and expertise did never upgraded to keep up with the business or market.
