Too many hours and very stressful environment, with very high expectations but objectives and goals not communicated clearly by management and / or changing frequently. Very chaotic work environment, with staff not wanting to develop or adhere to processes. Lack of standardised methods of working along with accompanying tools. In some cases, staff were paying for services they were using for work out of their own pockets. HR function is pretty bad, borderline incompetent. Finance and HR functions essentially depend on a manager that is overwhelmed and lacks interest, followed by interns that rotate on a six-month basis.
