In some places there is a great team to work with. The majority of other developers are a great people to hang out with and very professional

A lot of cons, let me start: - the directive team is only driven by profit , all the people who work for it are assets, and don't have a name. - some people of the hr department lies about things related to your work, for example, about your rights as a worker and if you show some proof they say that you understood what they told you wrong (when you have ben scamed a lot of times it doesn't work anymore) - they have a strict policy , you work the hours that you have in your contract and they give you flexibility, that flexibility it's a myth. - they offer a lot of formations when you enter, when you ask for them later you find that they don't exist anymore - in one of the big client's they have the tecnology is so obsolete that you become a dinasaur in less than you can blink - its just a ett , the worst part ? in some other like altran or pasiona you have a carreer plan or formations , here no, why bother ?
