Team Management: The management style of the director relied heavily on personal preferences, resulting in divisions among team members instead of fostering collaboration and harmony. Many employees expressed concerns about the increased pressure and tension in the workplace. 3. Impact on Performance: The overall performance of the team was significantly impacted due to this management approach. It became challenging to achieve common goals due to a lack of coordination and support needed by the individuals.
