Pros

A discount on (some) foods and unlimited soda. Yay.

Cons

You will be expected to do three jobs for the price of one. You buss, serve and are a runner at the same time. They preach teamwork, but everyone is too busy trying to make tips and perform their job duties. The managers are slave drivers and do NOT expect help or try to get them to listen to reason. You will be preparing certain food items and its your job to do other duties that really should go to the kitchen or a janitor. This has to be the least professional restaurant on the earth.

GREAT customers! The best part of working there was getting to know the regulars. Aladdin's is a staple of the Lakewood community and the people there love it.

Cons

CHAOTIC. If something goes wrong, it's a race to put the blame on another person rather than fix the problem. Verbal abuse is the norm if you work there. Expect to be berated and treated badly on a regular basis. The corporate office is well aware of the mistreatment of employees (I was certainly not the only one), but they do nothing about it. In addition to the chaos, there are no benefits offered to full-time employees, and the pay is very low for a full-time restaurant management position.

Not working there anymore. Honestly, I should sue this place.

Cons

They don't protect employee's from harassment or battery. They brush things under the rug to keep "family" around.
