Pros
- Small company but growing. - Field technicians friendly but can be hard to get job status from. - Decent pay for area, but could be better for non- management.
Cons
- Very compartmentalized. - Office staff can be very catty at time. - Office has a high turnover rate. - Middle management doesn't work together well. - Upper management has favorites that get away with anything when everyone else is held accountable for same things. - Upper management does not put any value on office staff who are not actively engaged is bringing in new clients or money. - Extreme amount of work placed on certain office staff but still expected to perform all job functions.
