      There are so many pros to working for Alars Home Health. The people are amazing to work with. They foster a welcoming environment with continued support. They care and treat the team as such. This role pushes me to grow and be challenged.

      Managers are ethical, calm, considerate of their staff and try to be accommodating

      Cons

      Company is small so drives to patients homes are a little bit farther but this is factored in to the schedule
