Pros

People are nice and helpful to each other. So so compensation versus others but women are given menstrual leave per month. There is also a pet leave.

Cons

The organisation is in shambles. They are not able to plan properly and ALL of their plans change all the time which points to the fact that they do not know what to do. Individuals across the board, even high level top management have no respect for timelines and have unrealistic expectations which cause employees to feel disheartened. They have no regard for work life balance and contact each other even at ungodly hours. The organisation also puts its KPIs at the forefront even to the extent that others have to suffer, such as their suppliers who they do not pay.

Pros

Because of the initiative of the previous management, employees here treat one another like family and there is no cursing during meetings. Previously, you can voice out your concerns and not feel being singled out - Line Managers still allow you to speak your mind but the feeling is not the same with top management.

Cons

Current organization is flat and not supportive of career growth for rising young professionals that are energetic and full of ideas. The Management is not mindful of the welfare of their frontliners especially in account negotiations.
