Pros
You are given the opportunity to do a bit of everything, and as much as you want to do, but very little proper training given to you so have to teach yourself on the job alot as you go.
Cons
High turnover of low qualified staff who are trying to do higher level jobs without the necessary training. Senior managers very good at talking it all up but little money recognition is given. You have to fight for a pay increase. Also no clear written objectives , so no performance reward has to be got, bonus is really just discretionary depending on how the owner feels about you. Disappointed really.
