- Workload can become very heavy, especially when customer expectations, workshop delays, and internal coordination issues overlap - Processes can sometimes feel reactive rather than structured, which may create pressure - Communication between departments and external service partners could be improved - Customer escalation handling can be stressful, especially when expectations are not managed clearly from the beginning - Better systems, clearer internal ownership, and more consistent follow-up processes would improve both employee and customer experience
