Job category is looking for a person in PS4 to provide expert advice to the government and demonstrate leadership
Cons
Includes data people, project management, policy... so you don't get a clear idea what type of position it is. People need to get a certain rating to be qualified at the PS4 level and if they qualify without getting that position they can be added to a talent pool.
