      Dreadful Company, Please Avoid

      - Telecommuting, that's honestly about it.

      Cons

      I feel like all the positive views are from people in upper management from Alchemic Dreams... here's the truth: - HORRIBLE pay, they give you the minimum they can possibly give you. - 20 minute break for 8 hours - pretty sure that's not legal. - Minimum vacation time, not even worth it. - Supervisors are incompetent, not helpful, treat you horribly, don't know how to manage their projects, are rarely around to even help. - Clients are often rude to you, supervisors don't even care.

We would like to first start by underlining that the majority of our agents are freelancers to which we respect their contract as freelancers, and not employees, whom are treated differently according to law. We also highly respect our Team Leaders and we praise them for their hard work in juggling several agents for many projects at a time.       Okay for students

      Work from home You will work with people from all over the world Some projects are fun Gaming field is fun Work is rather easy once you learn what you need to do Good training, reports, pay entry structure overall

      Cons

      If you have a family forget it you won't be able to pay your bills This company feels as if it has no soul, it feels empty as a machine. Nice people are all gone No congratulations from the management - you will have a team leader but we have no idea who the management is and they clearly don't care who you are either

      Very stressful and badly paid

      100% telecommuting job Allows you to travel

      Cons

      Very bad communications from team leaders and invoicing team. You can wait for 2 months for an answer back from the invoice team or freelancers team. No support from team leader, just communications to tell you how bad you did something (that it's actually irrelevant). FORGET about getting paid on time, terrible system, they changed it twice already but for nothing. Very bad updates on procedures. Just have 20 mins break per day (8hr) which it's like a blink

Our current payments structure is in line with international standards, so that our freelancers are paid within 15 working days of the submission of their monthly invoice. Taking into account the processing times, which are out of our control, this is why our payments may seem late. We have also put procedures in place in order to improve the communication channels between agents and their team leaders.
