      Great severance but expect a more serious culture

      Pros

      I received my severance package without any issues and completely understand that management changes are a natural part of business. It was a great experience overall, and I’m truly grateful to the founder, Nicci.

      Cons

      Under the new management, the company has become significantly more serious and professional. I would only recommend working there to those who are prepared to fully commit and dedicate the necessary time

      Unsafe working conditions with no support

      Pros

      None! They dont care about the people who actually make money for them

      Cons

      They put me in an unsafe position for 8 months. I worked alone with no front office staff. I had to lock the doors while treating patients because of the area of town being a high crime area. No warning whatsoever of layoffs or store closures.

      When fully staffed you have more flexibility.

      Cons

      The company keeps you understaffed so you are not able to take time off. They have hired multiple consultants that have not done anything to improve the company.
