Leadership prioritizes cost cutting over employee wellbeing
Very high turnover, that is why they keep hiring. The workload kept getting worse and they expect you to do so much but the pay is far lower compared to the workload and stress. Management uses fear tactics to force employees to complete tasks and employees stayed quiet to avoid problems. Some managers were openly rude and disrespectful. Some of them were promoted through manipulation and dishonesty, building chaos and confusion along the way. I have no respect for them. I never have. It was genuinely sickening.
People were treated badly for taking time off and the abuse from management never stopped. Your experience and abilities are not valued at all. Most employees have been there for years with no promotion or raise. There is no real commitment to corporate values. If you dare to complain, management assumes you have an attitude problem and gives you a damaging review. Whenever issues are reported to executives, everything gets pushed back and ignored. Do not expect any change. The company refuses to make improvements that actually matter. Coming here is at your own risk.
