Pros

Unlimited PTO - although many people take advantage of this and/or don't get to use it because they are so overworked

Cons

Where to start? I worked here for a little over 1.5 years and saw over 25 people quit or be fired. There is an incredibly high turnover rate. People were fired randomly and surprisingly and those who quit often times didn't have a new job lined up yet, but it didn't matter because the burnout was too bad. Upper management seems to hear everyones problems and seems to come up with solutions, yet nothing is ever really done. And in the meantime they go ahead and hire more upper management to do...what? Not sure. Strategists, Analysts and Strategy Analysts are among the most understaffed and overworked positions. Strategists CANNOT take time off and basically run the place. Analysts can take time off as they don't often lead meetings but are always buried in work and also overworked and Strategy Analysts essentially do the work of both Analysts and Strategists, yet get paid nothing. Strategy Analysts essentially do the work Strategists and Analysts do (when the Strategists and Analysts NEED help), but with 0 training and no proper compensation. People are on upward of 12 to maybe 15 accounts at any given time and don't worry you won't get an increase in salary no matter how many accounts you are on. People have quit from either burnout or shortly after being hired because there was no training for them whatsoever. Client meetings are WEEKLY so if you are on 12 accounts, thats 12 client meetings in one week. Good luck getting your work done when your calendar is filled. Also say goodbye to your mental well being and overall happiness. This place will chew you up and spit you out in a very short amount of time. Don't work here.

Pros

They don't care if you 'outsource' your work. One analyst (not me) had been there over a year doing so.

Cons

AWX defrauds their customers and employees. Multiple customers are billed for the same analysts' time. AWX could automate their Annual, Quarterly, and Monthly Business Reports, but they don't so they can bill those hours multiple times. Same is true for notifications regarding abnormal email campaigns (0 leads, 0 clicks, Conversion rate is 80% that of previous sends, etc). Employees are 'salary' on paper, but work-life balance is non-existent, employees are dismissed without notice, and they'll just fire you if you take paternity leave. So if you work here, recognize it is a contract job and the pay should match, but it probably won't.

Pros

- Working at AX will teach you so much and will separate you from the rest (especially if you are early in your career). If you pay your dues at Alchemy, you will set yourself up for success. - Slightly above average compensation

Cons

- The workload is very high (around 60 hours a week on average) - The pressure is unbelievable to perform for the accounts that you are on - The leadership team is incompetent and is more interested in themselves as opposed to being a leader - The clients come first, not the employees.
