      Pros

      You'll finally have the perfect interview answer to the question, "Tell me about a time when you worked with difficult people."

      Cons

      The company is really lacking a one-team initiative. It's almost as if team leaders prefer trampling over each other to collaboration. A lot of knowledge is lost or not applied because management motivates by fear. This works to intimidate people into not speaking up or to simply leave all together. Layoff after layoff instill the words of encouragement that you're probably next. At least HR takes these layoffs seriously, bouncing from office to office laughing and joking as people's livelihoods are completely altered.

      The final stages of a 2013 corporate merger resulted in certain roles and functions becoming redundant in 2016. Redundancies are the regrettable downside to mergers and are not taken lightly by the management team.

      Pros

      ATF employs some very hard-working employees. Bonuses are average to above-average, pay is comparable to other companies, and work is plentiful. Benefits are great.

      Cons

      Several lay-offs immediately after a major, exorbitant renovation of the office. Bullying tactics and poor treatment of other executives/partners utilized by the PRESIDENT of the company. This and several other instances of inappropriate behavior is overlooked by everyone, including HR. Longevity and stability, as a result, are very questionable.

      Toxic Work Environment

      Pros

      The work is fast paced with many special projects. There are many opportunities for employees to touch other departments and gain learning experiences.

      Cons

      The company has a highly toxic work environment which upper management either ignores or encourages. The CEO is unprofessional and inappropriate; often screaming at employees and using hostile language and profanities when speaking to employees. Allegations of sexual harassment were not investigated and ignored by upper management. Salary varies greatly for the same job title. Many employees are paid below market. Projects are assigned with no clear communication and direction; they often change dramatically day to day. There are no clear career paths for employees. There was recently a significant amount of layoffs within a two month span of time.
