      Pros

      Upper management truly cares about their employees! They have worked hard to have a company that has benefits for their employees, and they make smart business decisions so the company is financially stable so they can stay in business and keep their employees employed. I work part time, and have some flexibility in my schedule.

      Great place to work. This is more like an extension of my family than a place of employment. All contributions to the company, no matter job title or longevity, are heard and considered. Your opinion counts here!

      Working with government contracting can be challenging. It takes a while for good ideas to make it through government bureaucracy.
